Historia y distribución/History and distribution: Rare; scattered at lower to middle elevations (275-925 m) - mostly in the Sierra de Luquillo and the valley of the Río Maricao. An epiphyte on mossy trunks and limbs of large trees. References: Proctor 1989, Liogier & Martorell 2000, Axelrod, 2011.
