1913 by John Kunkel Small for hammocks in the upper Keys. Otherwise, only reported for Dagny Johnson Key Largo Hammocks Botanical State Park (Florida Park Service 1995; Wilder et al. 2014). Recently vouchers for the Florida Keys by Wilder & McCombs (35232 SFW).
