Florida Keys History and Distribution: Not reported for the Florida Keys by John Kunkel Small in 1913. Reported in 1971 by Robert W. Long and Olga Lakela as possibly naturalized in the Florida Keys. Vouchered in 2003 by George Gann and Janice Duquesnel at Dagny Johnson Key Largo Hammocks Botanical State Park (1135, FTG). Widely naturalized nearly throughout the Florida Keys.
