History in the Bahamas:
Reported in 1920 by Britton & Millspaugh for sea beaches and saline borders throughout the Archipelago south to the Turks and Caicos Islands and Cay Sal. Reported by Correll & Correll (1982: 508-509, with illustrations) for “sandy beach areas, saline flats and over rocky areas” throughout the Archipelago (regions 10-1, 11).
