History in the Bahamas:
Reported in 1920 by Britton & Millspaugh for saline marshes in the northwestern and southeastern Archipelago (Abaco, Andros and Grand Turk). Reported by Correll & Correll (1982: 459) for salt marshes and flats in the northwestern, central and southeastern Archipelago (regions 10-8, 4-1).
