Reported in 1920 by Britton & Millspaugh for "Palmetto-lands, Great Bahama at Barnett's Point" (Grand Bahama). Reported by Correll & Correll (1982: 542-543, with illustrations) for open swamps and wetlands in the northwestern Commonwealth (regions 10).
