History in the Bahamas:
Reported in 1920 by Britton & Millspaugh for “maritime sands at the wave line” in the northwestern and central Commonwealth (Grand Bahama, Frozen Cay, South Bimini, Little Mangrove Cay, New Providence, Cat Island). Reported by Correll & Correll (1982: 468) for “maritime sands at the wave line” and coastal ledges in the northwestern and central Commonwealth (regions 10-7).
