South Florida History and Distribution: Omitted in
Rare Plants of South Florida (Gann et al. 2002), but there is a specimen collected "west of Stuart" by Roy Woodbury in 1990 (
USF s.n.). There are also unconfirmed site records for Babcock Ranch Preserve and Picayune Strand State Forest. We are currently treating this as possibly extirpated.
