SOUTH FLORIDA Occurrence: Possibly Extirpated

SOUTH FLORIDA Native Status: Native

South Florida History and Distribution: Omitted in Rare Plants of South Florida (Gann et al. 2002), but there is a specimen collected "west of Stuart" by Roy Woodbury in 1990 (USF s.n.). There are also unconfirmed site records for Babcock Ranch Preserve and Picayune Strand State Forest. We are currently treating this as possibly extirpated.
