Florida Keys History and Distribution: Not reported for the Florida Keys by John Kunkel Small in 1913. Known from a single collection from Key Largo in 1948 (Jackson s.n. FTG) determined as this by Corogin & Judd (2014). It seems likely that this collection was from the historic pine rockland on North Key Largo.
