South Florida History and Distribution: Not listed in Rare Plants of South Florida (
Gann et al. 2002). Discovered in 2013 by Keith A. Bradley and Chad Anderson in the National Key Deer Refuge on Big Pine Key (
2725 USF), it is also present on Lower Sugarloaf Key and No Name Key (RL Hammer, email comm. 2022).
