Florida Keys History and Distribution: Not reported for the Florida Keys by John Kunkel Small in 1913. Cultivated in the Florida Keys and recently discovered to be naturalizing on Big Pine Key by Steven W. Woodmansee. An herbarium voucher is needed for the Monroe County Keys.
