South Florida History and Distribution: Ranked as critically imperiled in Rare Plants of South Florida (Gann et al. 2002; pp 307-308) based on one occurrence at County Line Scrub of Miami-Dade County. Also reported for the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (Burch 1998).  

SOUTH FLORIDA Cultivated Status: Not Cultivated
