Florida Keys History and Distribution: Not reported for the Florida Keys by John Kunkel Small in 1913. Collected in 1964 on the island of Key West by George N. Avery (s.n., FTG). Sparingly naturalized and perhpaps not well established. A specimen at USF needs to be examined.
